Your Tasks

  • Independent planning, organization, and implementation of projects in the field of cleanroom and ventilation technology as well as general building and operating technology: from the concept phase to execution and commissioning, in compliance with schedule requirements
  • Point of contact for customers throughout the entire project duration; ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent advice and support
  • Development of individual concepts and solutions in accordance with specific customer requirements (e.g., airlock concepts), relevant standards/guidelines, and hygiene standards; review and monitoring of technical designs and associated planning documents
  • Management of the various trades and external service providers to achieve project goals; management of the internal team and subcontractors
  • Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, comparing offers, and making recommendations for awarding contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with defined cleanliness classes, quality, and safety requirements; supervising construction; creating and maintaining project-specific documentation and reporting regularly on project progress.

You Are

  • Completed degree in engineering (e.g., supply engineering, building and energy technology, technical building equipment, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable technical training
  • Initial professional experience in cleanroom, ventilation/air conditioning technology, and/or general building and operating technology (planning and/or construction supervision/management)
  • Further training in cleanroom technology, building services engineering, or energy efficiency, as well as knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 14644, VDI 2083/6022, GMP) are an advantage
  • Confident use of common project management methods and tools
  • Very good communication and presentation skills for working with customers, teams, and external partners
  • Willingness to travel within German-speaking countries to accompany projects on site (approx. 2-5 days per month)
  • High degree of teamwork, initiative, and sense of responsibility
  • Structured and precise way of working
